Architectural Design
We are dedicated to providing the most intelligent and appropriate design for our client's budget, and with our in-house design-build capabilities, we deliver on that goal with unmatched service. HiFive's principle design concentration has been on hotel and church design, as well as a wide range of commercial architectural projects. CEO Mark Davis, RA, has been providing architectural and planning services for more than 25 years. Mark oversees every project commissioned to HiFive, and has been involved with the planning or design activities of more than 300 projects.
Blake Helms, a Senior Designer with the firm, has a passion for church and hotel design and is responsible for executing in-house drawings. In addition, Blake brings 3D computer modeling skills to projects, allowing HiFive customers to see renderings of their finished project before construction begins. Blake, his wife Sue, their son, Ryan, and daughter, Katie, live in West Chester, Ohio.
Sam Cain, AIA, is a registered architect and has more than 10 years experience designing churches throughout the region. He is currently working on a number of new projects, so stay tuned! Sam, his wife, Amy, and son, Jordan, live in Lebanon, Ohio, and are active in their church.
Tim Hentz, a Senior Designer with HiFive, has more than 17 years experience in a wide variety of building types. Tim's expertise in building codes and hands-on approach to construction make him a valued asset to our design team. Tim, his partner, Amy, and son, Nolan, live in Liberty Township, Ohio.
Construction Development & Management
HiFive construction activities are under the stewardship of Brian Zilch. Educated as an engineer, Brian has successfully managed $.5 billion worth of construction. He has worked closely with Mark for the past 15 years, and during that time he has participated in all land planning and estimating services for every project. Brian's understanding of building systems has been a key contributor to the success of his projects. His focus on land use and master-planning, and his stewardship in both design and construction, lead to highly accurate estimates and cost projections. Brian's leadership and expertise is a major reason why HiFive Development's reputation is unsurpassed, not only as a church and hotel contractor, but also in a variety of commercial/industrial construction projects.
John Moses, HiFive's Chief Operating Officer, brings more than 20 years of construction experience on successful projects across the nation. In addition to his experience, John has received a number of industry awards and accolades for his leadership. John's oversight on every HiFive project, and his ability to collaborate with HiFive clients, internal experts, and outside resources helps ensure project success that exceeds customer expectations has made him a valuable member of the construction team.
