Blake Helms - Senior Designer

Blake Helms has invested the past thirteen years of his career in the field of architecture and Computer Aided Design. He brings to his work a passion for design excellence and attention to detail, as well as an ability to listen to clients and act as a catalyst for their ideas and inspirations.

Born in Brookside, New Jersey, Blake graduated from Mendham High School where he was active in honors groups, track and field competitions, and received state and national awards in symphonic music.

Blake received his degree in Architecture from the College of Fine Arts at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where he received an Ohio design award and served as a founding officer of the Miami University Chapter of Habitat for Humanity.

Blake moved to Cincinnati after completing his degree and has worked in the greater Cincinnati architecture community ever since. His design and construction experience ranges from industrial to commercial and medical office to churches. Favorite recently completed projects include the All Smiles Family Dental Building, Deerfield Manufacturing Expansion, Automotive Resources and the Vineyard Chapel.

An active member of the Cincinnati AutoCAD User Group, Blake served as president of the organization from 1998 to 2001. He brings to HiFive Development Services his expertise in Computer Aided Design and 3D Rendering. These visualization skills enable clients to "truly see" what their projects will look like before they are constructed.
