HIFIVE DESIGN GROUP is a full-service architecture firm dedicated to providing the most intelligent and appropriate design for a clientís budget. HiFive's principle design concentration has been on church projects, hotel/motels, professional office and industrial projects. Mark Davis, RA, its owner and president has been providing architectural and planning services in the Greater Cincinnati area for 20 years. Mark is intimately involved with every project commissioned to HiFive. He has been involved with the planning or design activities of over 300 projects in the Greater Cincinnati area.

Blake Helms, a Senior Designer with the firm, has been with Mark for many years and has been the associate designer for several recent commissions. He has a particular passion for working on church projects and is responsible for executing all in-house drawings. In addition, Blake manages HiFive's information systems and brings 3D computer modeling skills to projects for which illustrative tools are required.

HIFIVE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES provides construction development, land planning, civil engineering, site evaluation and construction management services. When additional consultants are required (geotechnical evaluation, civil engineering, structural engineering, interior design landscape architecture, etc.) we select the appropriate consultant for each particular project. HiFive Development construction activities are under the stewardship of Brian Zilch. Educated as an engineer, Brian has successfully managed over $.45 billion of constructed projects and has worked closely with Mark for the past ten years. During that time he has participated in all land planning exercises and has provided estimating services for every project. His understanding of building systems and land use has been a key contributor to the success of the projects with which he has been involved. Because most of his work in these areas has been with completed construction projects, his estimates and cost projections, as well as the attention to detail in land planning are by necessity, highly accurate.

We believe the only way to truly assess the requirements of any customer is to achieve a global understanding of his or her needs and to evaluate the culture of that particular organization within that context. Any consultant can provide an objective service by analyzing space needs along with site and building parameters. What we further provide is a "subjective" service that, while recognizing existence of physical restraints, also reflects the culture of that organization or church family.
