Phil Buck - Sr. Project Manager/Director of Safety

Phil Buck has been active in the Greater Cincinnati construction community for over 10 years and during that tenure has worked with several prominent local developers. His experience in construction management, site development and jobsite safety make him a key asset to HiFive. Phil's career has witnessed the building of many trusting relationships with local business owners, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers. His detail-oriented approach and emphasis on safety have resulted in many successful projects.

Phil has worked with Mark and Brian for five of the past ten years and has completed dozens of substantial commercial projects. He joined HiFive as a key individual and as an integral part of HiFive's commitment to hiring individuals of integrity and having fun in our work.

Phil was born and raised in the Boston, Massachusetts area where he received a Bachelor of Science from Bridgewater State College. He served in the United States Army for ten years, attaining the rank of Major, US Army Corps of Engineers, in 1993. He also attended Xavier University where he served as a ROTC Instructor, receiving his Masters Degree in 1993. Phil also holds a Construction #500 OSHA Certificate.

Phil's responsibilities include running construction projects for HiFive, typically spending half of his time in the office and the other half at the jobsite. He manages field operations as well as project accounting, safety and subcontractors involved with construction activities. Philís a great guy, known for his enthusiasm for his work. He lives in Mason with his lovely wife, Debbie, and three children, Steven, Andrew and Erin.
