Tom Lennon's construction career began in 1988 while completing degrees in Construction Management and Civil Engineering at the University of Cincinnati.
He has extensive jobsite experience having worked as a carpenter, field superintendent and project manager. Tom worked as a project superintendent for 8 years in both
commercial and residential construction. As project executive he has overseen the construction of warehouse/manufacturing facilities, medical offices, banks,
shopping centers, churches, redevelopment projects, hotels, offices, office condos, gymnasiums, sports facilities, and day care centers.
Tom's recent tenure as vice-president of construction services for a local developer furthered his communication and administrative skills.
Tom Lennon is a valuable asset to HiFive because of his great attitude, dedication and his ability to multi-task. Tom joined HiFive in 2004.
Responsibilties:
- Senior Project Manager for infrastructure projects
- Establishes project estimate/budget and value engineering options
- Finalizes architectural and engineering contracts for construction
- Coordinates utility agency requirements on prospects and developments
- Investigates utility and infrastructure requirements for developments
- Submits and obtains permits on all projects
- Manages all aspects of construction projects
