Rod Lubkeman
Superintendent
Rod comes to HiFive with thirty-five years of experience as a project and general superintendent. His past projects range from single and multifamily developments, to universities, churches, hospitals and more. Rod’s wide-array of project experience make him an multifaceted and versatile asset.
Rod graduated in 1975 from the United States Army Engineering School, after which he acted as an electrician in the service. He later began his construction career as a carpenter in Cincinnati, OH, and over time began taking on jobsite management positions. His wealth of experience both in and out of the construction world has provided Rod with exceptional coordination and organization skills, along with the drive and understanding to provide quality work on time and budget.
When Rod is not overseeing a jobsite, you might find him out playing a round of golf, watching NASCAR, or spending time with his family.
