Hilton Garden Inn & Homewood Suites – Easton, OH

About This Project

One of our biggest hotels to date, the dual brand Hilton (Hilton Garden Inn & Homewood Suites) located in Easton OH stands at seven stories tall and over 177,000 square feet. Completed at the very end of 2021, this 240 room hotel is just around the corner from the luxury shopping area known as Easton Towne Center.

This project required extensive earthwork in order to create a solid foundation for the building. The extensive site overhaul lead to the creation and installation of a massive retaining wall along the back corner of the property. Allan Block Corporation (one of the product manufacturers) currently has a case study underway for this impressive retaining wall.
