New Project Announcement!
HiFive is pleased to announce another brand new hotel project that recently begun construction: the TownePlace Suites, Richwood KY!
This brand new hotel construction site is located in Richwood, Kentucky right off the I-75 freeway near Frogtown Connector Rd. Upon completion this hotel will be three-stories high (rather than the prototypical four-story building, as seen in the featured blog image) and stand at just under 53,000 SQFT.
Earthwork began late January of 2026. The bitterly cold temperatures combined with intense amounts of snow made the initial sitework difficult, but with temps rising and the snow now melted, we’re cranking! We anticipate the project will finish early 2027.
