Plans for a new dual-brand hotel in Beavercreek, OH are underway!
HiFive is currently working on bringing to life a new Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites on a five acre site in Beavercreek. The site has a longstanding history of unrealized projects, but the future looks promising for this new development.
If approved, the three-story hotel will feature 80 rooms per brand, or 160 rooms total.
