01 Sep In the Works: Moxy of Cincinnati
Just starting in downtown Cincinnati is the fabulous Moxy hotel project! We’re thrilled to finally start this project, which will involve converting three historic row buildings into one hotel space (all while preserving the gorgeous historic frontage of the building, of course)!
Upon completion, this seven-story Moxy will feature 111 guest rooms and over 51,000 square feet of hotel space. The seventh floor will be home to the Observerie Rooftop Bar, which will be a perfect setting overlooking the Cincinnati river front!

The first step of this complex re-build is to clear out existing debris from the interior of the building to pave the way to begin reconstruction of the back exterior. See some of our pictures to see the before and after of the start of this process!
