16 Jul In the Works: Dual-Brand Marriott of Beavercreek
Located just next door to the Fairfield Commons Mall in Beavercreek is the site of the incoming Fairfield Inn & Suites + TownePlace Suites hotel! We’ve seen amazing progress with this particular project, which we began ground work on in January 2024. This included the removal of a large, existing parking lot.

Now, halfway through July, all four floors are vertical and we’re beginning to wrap up the roof. The porte-cochere has also been installed, which really bring the picture to life.
